Salary range: £50,442 - £53,526 p.a.

Contract: Secondment / Fixed Term Contract (12 months)

Hours of work: 36 hours per week

Location: Brent Hub sites including Harlesden, Kilburn and Willesden Green

The Post

 

The Brent Hubs Manager will lead and deliver a programme to extend, develop and manage a network of community hubs across the borough. This will include building relationships and working closely with the local community and voluntary sector, community / resident groups and statutory partners to implement the hub model; bringing together a range of council services and local organisations to work together under one roof offering support and advice to local residents, with a particular focus on the most vulnerable.    

 

The Person

 

The ideal candidate will have an excellent record of engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including the voluntary and community sector, and building and maintaining productive working relationships. They will have experience of developing, leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams to achieve successful outcomes. We are looking for someone with experience of successfully designing and implementing new service models, working across organisational boundaries and with multiple delivery partners.
